2. We will send you a visa application and the booking form with full terms and conditions. Click here to download the Booking Form
3. You complete and sign the visa application and the booking form, and return it along with your deposit.  To secure flights at this crucial time we ask for a deposit of 1000 pounds per person.
4. 6 to 8 weeks before departure, we will ask for your passport {must be valid for at least 6 months}, 4 photographs, Meningitis ACWY certificate and completed visa application form. Sisters should be accompanied by a mahram (brother, husband father, uncle).
5. We will invite you on a Pre Hajj Seminar where a Lecture will on How to Perform Hajj and Umrah and introduction Hajjis.
6. Full payment will be required before 1 October 2008.
7. We will return your passport with visa along with Airline Ticket, itinerary, ID cards and a complete written guide on how to perform hajj, plus a DVD to prepare you fully in the practical and devotional aspects of this wonderful experience.
8. We will meet you at Heathrow Airport on day of departure and our staff will be accompanying the group at all times.
